At Kleiiya, every item is made and packed with care. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
🌿 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Please note that items sent back without approval won’t be accepted.

☕ Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can review and make it right as soon as possible.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Opened pens or writing tools

Used planners or notebooks (with writing or marks)

Custom or limited-edition items

Digital products (e.g., digital planners or stickers)

Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us before sending it back.
🔁 Exchanges
If you’d like a different color or product, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
This covers non-refundable payment gateway charges (3%) and administrative handling costs (2%).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
