For a limited time, we’re offering free shipping across the Philippines on all orders, no minimum spend required.

Packaging & Unboxing

International Shipping
Kleiiya currently ships within the Philippines only.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can follow your package’s journey directly through the courier’s tracking page.
Damaged or Lost Items
Each order is carefully packed, but in the rare case your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cozycare@kleiiya.ph.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and our team will assist you right away.
